Solution: The Employee Relations team will take this e-Learning course and implement the eight Motivation strategies to promote a positive workplace culture. At the end of the course, the Employee Relations team will collaborate with managers from other departments on how to utilize performance reviews to motivate employees.

Solution: This e-Learning module trains newly hired servers on how to upsell using three proven techniques. When implemented, these techniques elevate customers dining experiences and increase the restaurant's sales.
Process: This course features real-life interactive scenarios that require new restaurant hires to apply what they are learning in the course. Appealing visuals, drag and drop as well as clickable interactions make this module very engaging. There is a knowledge check and a final graded quiz at the end.
